Program section updated and 2 new java toys.

The Program page has had an extensive rewrite, enabling tags and comments, and making it much easier to browse, check it out.

Also, two new java toys have been added to the page, hope you like them:
Gel - an interactive fluid / gel simulation

Smoke - an interactive fluid dynamics simulation.
